This is not your big box gym!  We are primarily indoor cycling, but also offer Muscle Conditioning, TRX, Barre Above®, and Pilates to give you a full-body workout in a studio setting. Classes are instructed by the area’s top Certified Instructors! Ultimately, we all have a choice on how we design our lives. Physical health is the foundation of mental and spiritual health.

She discovered Zumba® Fitness in 2010 and hasn’t looked back. Fitness can be FUN and has dedicated herself to helping people find joy in working out and eating healthy.

My passion for exercise and choreography started as a young child. After 14 years of dance I decided to take it to a new level. While working towards my bachelor’s degree in health education at Worcester state college, I completed a personal training course and received a certificate in geriatric health. Then came my most EXTREME challenge...motherhood to 4 awesome children...to balance the stress I found EXTREME sports! Triathlons, century rides...mud runs....SPIN! My certifications include maddog spin, group ex/boot camp, and aqua aerobics!  There is no better feeling than to look out into a full class of people who feel the same exhilaration as I do during an intense ride!  It’s never too late...it’s never too early to get fit.....it's an ageless process..... In life...like on the bike...add Gear and ....FLY!


My fitness career began almost 20 years ago (hard to believe.....I must have been only 9 years old). At the time, I was taking group aerobics classes at a local studio, when the owner approached me about teaching there. I thought it would be a great opportunity to share my passion for health and wellness with others. I earned my Primary Group Exercise Certification shortly there after and have been learning and growing ever since. I currently hold additional certifications in Indoor Cycling, Kickboxing and Piloxing.

I love to partner with people and assist in their journey towards finding strength and happiness through exercise. My goal is to motivate and support my "workout buddies" with their fitness goals...while remembering to HAVE FUN!

When I'm not at No Alibi Fitness, I'm usually spending time outdoors with my husband...hiking, biking, kayaking or trying something new! I work full-time as a dental hygienist, where I'm just as passionate about promoting oral health!


My name is Sondra, and I've been a personal trainer for the past three years. I am NSCA certified, and I enjoy helping people live a better quality of life through fitness and education. My mission is to teach others how to find their strength within the struggle.

My goal is to teach my clients how to manage their health and overall well-being, to consistently strive towards advancement, setting specific goals for the individual, and maintaining accountability for personal empowerment and success. 

As a coach, I will instill values and education for a healthier, more improved quality of life through compassionate, professional, and highly motivational coaching techniques, which focus on the individual and their personal long-term health and wellness goals.
