This is not your big box gym!  We are primarily indoor cycling, but also offer Muscle Conditioning, TRX, Barre Above®, and Pilates to give you a full-body workout in a studio setting. Classes are instructed by the area’s top Certified Instructors! Ultimately, we all have a choice on how we design our lives. Physical health is the foundation of mental and spiritual health. 

Where are you located? Where do I park?

Located at 50 Howe Ave in Building G. You can park on either side of the building in any available space that isn’t marked for other businesses. You can access either side of the building at the door with our No Alibi Fitness logo on them.

What do I do once I get there?

We have a lobby area to change your shoes. Once the classroom door is opened, you may enter and sign your name on the sign in sheet and sign a waiver at your first visit. Arrive 10-15 min before class start time so the instructor can help you get set up. Cubbies inside the studio to store personal items.

What do I bring?

Bring water and we recommend a small towel for sweat. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in easily. Bring a yoga mat if you have one for all Non-cycling classes. If you don’t have one, no problem! We have some at the studio you can borrow.

Do I need cycling shoes for Spin class?

No, you do NOT need cycling shoes for a cycling class. Our Keiser bikes are equipped with cages on one side of the pedal for regular sneakers and clips on the other side for cycling shoes. Are pedals are SPD compatible if you do have cycling shoes. We recommend the stiffest soled shoe you have for a cycling class if you don’t have cycling shoes.

What do I wear for shoes/sneakers to Pilates and/or Barre?

Pilates and Barre and both done without sneakers but with socks for hygiene purposes We recommend grippy sock for Barre to help non-slip on the floor. Regular socks or grippy socks are fine for Pilates.
