CYCLING CLASSES

INTRO TO SPIN

Get properly fitted, learn how to use the bike monitors for optimal benefits, and be ready to transition into a regular class. Then enjoy a 20-30 minute ride that goes through the different positions used in class. This class is not necessary to move forward, but some beginners find it helpful. Check the schedule as this is offered on an as needed basis.   

CYCLING

A 50 minute ride geared towards all ages and fitness levels. Simulating a fun, energetic outdoor ride. No two classes are alike! Gain confidence, build stamina and endurance while you transform your body, mind and soul. First timers-please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to class to get properly fitted and let the instructor know your fitness level.  

SPIN & SCULPT

A class consisting of 50 minute that incorporates intervals of upper body strength-building with light weights. May sound light on the weight, but it’s all about the reps!! This class will transform the way you look AND feel!

SPIN PLUS

Fusion style class where participants spend first 30 minutes on the bike for a high intensity cardio workout, then come off the bike for 20 minutes of muscle conditioning moves using heavier weights, resistance tubing or body weight for a full body workout. Others have tried to copy this class, but don’t come close!

POWER CORE CYCLE

Fusion class combining the power core moves of pilates & planks with cardio intensity of cycling. Class is broken down into 25 minutes of Core focus followed by 25 minutes of high intensity cycling for a total body burn.

BARRE ABOVE®

Barre Above® is a totally unique approach to barre workouts as you've seen them. Fusing the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre Above® delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape.

TRX

Increase muscle strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. By utilizing your own bodyweight, the TRX Suspension Trainer provides greater performance and functionality.

PILATES

Increase your level of physical fitness, health and longevity through this movement-based exercise program. Pilates breaks down movement and exercise to its purest form and shows how the simplest things are sometimes the hardest things to do well. Pilates is designed to uniformly balance, strengthen, stretch and coordinate the body and mind. Achieve increased posture, core strength, control, lung capacity, circulation, organ function, bone density, and joint health. Anyone can benefit from Pilates no matter your age, health or level of physical activity. A perfect workout for those who need to strengthen core to aid in back issues.

MUSCLE CONDITIONING

A full body 45 minute workout including all muscle groups. The pace of the exercises will vary. Incorporates resistance bands, Bosu balls, weights and more. Expect to be pushed while having fun! Strengthen, tone, build muscle!
